Order Cancellation

You are entitled to cancel your order within 2 days without providing any reason as long as the order has not been dispatched.

Return Eligibility

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order, provided that:

  • The product is unused and in its original packaging
  • The item is not perishable, personalized, or unsealed for hygiene reasons
  • The product has not been mixed with other items or altered in any way

We reserve the right to decline returns that do not meet these conditions.

Non-Returnable Items

Returns are not accepted for:

  • Customized or made-to-order items
  • Perishable goods (e.g., fresh foods)
  • Items unsealed after delivery (due to hygiene or health concerns)
  • Products mixed with other items after delivery

Returning Goods

  • You are responsible for the return shipping cost and risk
  • Please wait for a confirmation from our team before returning anything
  • Use a trackable and insured shipping method — we are not liable for lost or damaged return shipments
  • The return address will be provided after refund approval

Refund Timeline

Once your return is received and inspected, we will initiate your refund within 2 business days.

  • Refunds will be issued using the original payment method
  • You will not incur any fees for the reimbursement
  • If the item was a gift, you may receive store credit instead

Gift Returns

  • If your item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit once the return is processed
  • If the item was not marked as a gift, the refund will be sent to the original purchaser
