Return & Refund Policy — Bin Aziz Farms

We have a 3-day return policy, which means you have 3 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it — unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

How to Start a Return To start a return, contact us at binazizfarms@gmail.com. Please note that returns must be coordinated via WhatsApp at +92-303-027-7790. If your return is accepted, we'll send you a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items Certain items cannot be returned, including perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom/personalized products, and personal care goods. We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. We cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

No-Return Policy on Opened Food Items For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds on any food items (Desi Ghee or Achar/Pickles) once the seal has been broken or the jar has been opened.

Exchanges The fastest way to get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Order Cancellations Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of placement, before dispatch. Once dispatched, the order cannot be canceled.

Refunds We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. For COD orders, refunds will be processed via Easypaisa or Bank Transfer. Please allow additional time for your bank or card company to process the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, contact us at binazizfarms@gmail.com.
