About Our Products
Are your products 100% natural?
Yes! Every product at Bin Aziz Farms is made with 100% natural ingredients. We use no artificial colors, no synthetic preservatives, and no flavor enhancers. Just pure, traditional recipes passed down through generations.
Is your Desi Ghee pure or mixed?
Our Desi (Traditional) Ghee is 100% pure and unadulterated. It is made from the milk of naturally-fed cows and buffaloes using the traditional bilona (hand-churned) method. No vegetable oils, no additives, no mixing.
Do your pickles contain artificial preservatives?
No. Our Desi (Traditional) Achar is preserved naturally using pure mustard oil, salt, and traditional spices — the same way it has been done for centuries. No sodium benzoate or any other artificial preservative is used.
How long do your products last?
Our Desi (Traditional) Ghee lasts 3–6 months at room temperature and up to 12 months refrigerated. Our Desi (Traditional) Achar lasts 6–12 months when stored properly in a cool, dry place with the lid tightly closed.
Ordering & Payment
How do I place an order?
Simply browse our store, add your desired products to the cart, and proceed to checkout. You can pay online or choose Cash on Delivery (COD) at checkout.
Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?
Yes! We offer Cash on Delivery across Pakistan. You pay when your order arrives at your doorstep — no advance payment required.
Can I cancel my order?
Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placement, before they are dispatched. Once dispatched, the order cannot be cancelled. Contact us immediately on WhatsApp at +92-303-027-7790 if you need to cancel.
Delivery & Shipping
Do you deliver across Pakistan?
Yes! We deliver nationwide across all major cities and towns in Pakistan including Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Peshawar, Quetta, Faisalabad, Multan, and more.
How long does delivery take?
Standard delivery takes 3–5 business days depending on your location. Major cities typically receive orders within 2–3 business days.
How will I know my order has been shipped?
You will receive a confirmation message with tracking details once your order is dispatched. You can also contact us on WhatsApp for real-time updates.
Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?
We have a 3-day return policy. For hygiene reasons, opened food items cannot be returned. However, if your order arrives damaged or incorrect, we will send a free replacement or full refund. See our full Refund Policy for details.
My order arrived damaged. What do I do?
Please contact us within 24 hours of delivery via WhatsApp (+92-303-027-7790) or email (binazizfarms@gmail.com) with clear photos of the damaged item and packaging. We will immediately process a free replacement or full refund.
